The People Dashboard will keep the record that labour advice depends on: one person record, one audit trail and one set of signed documents, seen by the client and the consultant.
What it will do
- Hiring, offers, onboarding and offboarding on one person record
- Leave on BCEA rules and geofenced clocking with an exception queue
- Payslips and IRP5s read from SimplePay or PaySpace
- Employment Equity, skills and POPIA registers
- A library of agreements and policies with e-signature
- Training assignments and certificates
What it will not do: it does not calculate PAYE or run payroll, it does not file UIF or COIDA returns, and it does not generate retrenchment processes. Those stay with your payroll provider and your LabourLink consultant.
